The word "declaration" is defined as the act of declaring or proclaiming. Declaration was inspired by Psalm 19;1 and composed for the younger members of the Madison County Central School Band in 2005-2006 as an expression of appreciation for their encouragement and positive impact in my life. It is my hope that Declaration will provide students with a song that they will enjoy learning to play and provide other music educators with a teaching tool that be used to help motivate and encourage their students.
